There’s a chance to win a full weekend ticket for Rebellion Festival 2018 through the Thinking Pink Charity All-Dayer being held at the Hairy Dog on 7 October 2017.
The tickets will be raffled with proceeds going to charity – one on the day at the event run by Headcheck Records and one online – with winners announced on 9 October 2017.
Bands set to play the event include Vice Squad, Louise Distras, and In Evil Hour as well as Buster Shuffle, You Want Fox, Super Fast Girlie Show, and Diablo Furs. Advance tickets are £10 or £15 on the door.
The event will feature 20 bands over two stages at the Hairy Dog – a main stage and an unplugged stage – and the event is described as being: “in aid of breast cancer support and aftercare. The aim is to put on a special day with the aim of making some much needed funds for the support and aftercare for breast cancer survivors after seeing first hand just how a vital part of the recovery process the support and aftercare is.”
Rebellion Festival is one of the biggest punk and alternative festivals in the UK and will be held 2-5 August in Blackpool with Cockney Rejects, Discharge, UK Subs, and The Exploited all set to play. With a line-up announced throughout the year there are more bands yet to be announced.
