Prizefighter members Phil Burgess and Ben Walker have announced a new side project, The Story Of Everest.
While Prizefighter‘s sound has developed from its lo-fi anti-folk beginnings The Story Of Everest marks a return to that sound, or as the pair would have it ‘a return to our twee roots’.
While they’re yet to make recordings available online they have teased a forthcoming EP and live shows.
